GENERAL EVENT INFORMATION

Public Transport:

Sydney buses have a number of services that will get you to a short distance walk from the venue. The NSW Transport Information Line is a great resource.

There is metered parking available on Carillon Avenue, and also parking is available under the Royal Prince Alfred Medical Centre, on the corner of Carillon Avenue and Missenden Road, Newtown. Many have found the WILSON Carpark 119-143 Missenden Rd, Camperdown NSW 2050 (behind the hospital) to be a good option when they prebook online.
On weekends only you can park at the kindergarten located next to the University for free.

Breaks/Meals:

There is a wide range of eateries and coffee shops within 2 minutes walk of the venue. Some light individually wrapped snacks will also be available.

We will have three breaks during the day. One at approximately 11am, then again for lunch (between 12-1ish), and then an afternoon break around 3pm.

What to Wear:

May we suggest you wear comfortable clothing and possibly a light sweater or garment. We also suggest you wear layers so you can accommodate variables in temperature.
